Hey there, Four Good Finds family! We want to make sure your treasures arrive safe and sound, so we pack them up with extra love and care. But if, by some wild chance, your goodies show up a bit worse for wear, here’s what to do:
Uh-Oh! My Order Arrived Damaged!
- Don’t Panic! If you notice any damage, shoot us email at sayhello@fourgoodfinds.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Show Us the Evidence! Include your order number and an unboxing video—make it real and unedited so we can see what happened. We love the unfiltered moments!
- In the rare event of receiving a damaged product, one with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product, customers are requested to notify us within 48 hours with relevant pictures and Video. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly by either sending a replacement or store credit.
Quick Tips for Returns:
- Items should be returned unused with all tags attached. Damaged or soiled items might be sent back to you—no one likes a dirty return!
- Don’t forget to include all the goodies like Thank you cards and freebie.
- If your return is a mystery to us (i.e., no order details), it’ll head back to you.
A Little Note on Returns
Because our ceramics, frames and vases are as delicate as they are beautiful, we can’t accept returns. But if your item is damaged, no worries! We can send you a replacement, store credit or issuing a full refund, depending on customer preference.
