Shipping & Delivery

At FGF, we offer free shipping pan India on orders above Rs.1499/-.
The shipment usually takes 2-7 business working days from dispatch to delivery.
However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take a longer time than what it takes usually. We are not liable for any delays in the delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by FGF.
Once you place the order, you will be notified with the placement of order. Day, date and time of dispatching the order and the delivery of the order. We suggest you check your WhatsApp & email inbox from time to time.
We, Do not accept cancellations.
We always make sure that we deliver all the products in good condition and as fast as possible.

Please Note:

  • Working days (Mon - Sat 10-7pm) (Excluding National holidays)
  • Replacement to be informed within 48 hours from order delivery, anything after that won't be entertained as per company policies.
  • If order shows delivered but not recieved by the customer, please inform us within 48 hours.
  • FGF Shall not be responsible for orders accepted by any person other than the customer.
